Sasha Marini Models in Athens

Italian model Sasha Marini just sent me his most recent photo shoot, which took place in Athens by photographer Errikos Andreou and stylist Al Giga.

Sexy, sensual, and always with a touch of bondage, Sasha Marini is true to himself, his looks, and his labels!

Sasha sports several brandnames, including John Galliano, Balmain, Hugo Boss, Ann Demeulemeester, Givenchy, and Dior Homme.

While the majority of shots were published in Paris’ magazine Pref, Sasha reserved a few for us.

Sasha Marini in “Das Herrenhaus” for Stile In Magazine

What more romantic venue for a shooting than the Rezzanello Castle in Italy’s province of Piacenza. The castle was constructed in the year 1000 AD.

From Benedictine monks to counts and onto powerful political factions, the castle and its four prominent towers have been the scene of many brutal battles.

Now, the castle has become the scene of fashionable menswear with Italian model Sasha Marini, who dons the garments of some of the world’s best designers, including Corneliani, John Galliano, Etro, Alberto Fasciani, Sartoria Ferrari, Borsalino, Bresciani, Il Sistema degli Oggetti.

The shooting was performed for Italian magazine Stile In in an editorial “Das Herrenhaus” (literally, House of Lords).

Sasha Marini by Alberto Rugolotto for Denim A/W 2010

Today I received several images from a photo shoot of Sasha Marini by Alberto Rugolotto for Denim.

The images were taken in Paris for the Denim 2010 autumn/winter campaign.

Sasha writes, “the concept of the set was to express a type of modern, natural and slightly rugged man with a strong personality and a very open-minded attitude that is not afraid to be daring with his sexuality in an increasingly elegant way.”

“The goal of our shoot, continues Sasha, “was to take ‘corageous’ photos that express reality in a direct way.”
