Emma Watson attends the world premiere of "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows" in London, England in a Rafael Lopez lace and feather dress and Charlotte Olympia shoes.
How freaking adorable. Prior to this, we would have been pretty rigid in thinking that black lace dresses with maribou feather skirts were strictly for the gal over 30, being a little too classic and sophisticated for the very young, because "classic and sophisticated" on the very young can read "old," even if it's not. This is sassy and sexy and chic. It helps that it's a tiny little slip of a dress. The killer pumps and killer pixie cut complete the look. This is a dress that didn't need any added embellishments. When we were going out at her age, more often than not we looked like trendoid jackasses. Granted, we didn't have millions of dollars and world class designers all but throwing their clothes at us, but still. She or whoever dresses her are making good choices for her.
IN.
