Praise Jesus. Looking at Michael Bastian's Spring collection, we can see that the image of the strapping, sporty, all-American male is back in vogue. Hello, stranger. Good to see you again. We look at this collection and we are transported right back to our teenage years when Ralph Lauren determined what the American man looked like or wanted to look like. Not that this is at all a throwback. It's all classic, but the colors and some of the cuts are modern enough to make it look like 2010 instead of 1983.
We're not loving the way the suit jackets are cut. We like a fitted jacket as much as the next pink-blooded American male, but not so fitted that it flares out at the bottom when you button it. No, the suits are not for us, but that's okay because we'll take two of everything else in the collection. Contact us for shipping details, Michael.
