Say what you will about SJP, she understands how to dress. That's not to say she gets it right every time she steps out, but we're liking what we're seeing here. She struck a balance, wearing a dress with just enough interest for photographs, but not so attention-seeking that she made the event all about her. A mature look, in the finest sense of the word. We also like her hair here, which is soft and pretty. Too often she either goes for harsh-looking up 'dos or way too ratty looking flyaways. Jewelry and bag are also well chosen, enhancing the look without clashing or dominating. Nothing earth-shattering here; just a nicely put together look, totally appropriate for the event.
