Despite our professed love of the pixie cut, we're not so sure this platinum blonde version flatters her. We like the dress, even though it gets a little twee up around the collar. In fact, taking a step back, this is a look that is more than the sum of its parts. We're undecided on the hair, don't like the neckline, don't like the sleeve length, and don't particularly care for the color and yet, taken as a whole, it's a striking look.
We're giving this one an IN, although we honestly couldn't tell you why. It somehow all comes together on her and she's working it like it owes her money.
