German Garment was spearheaded in 2009 by four friends: actor Matthias Schweighofer, tv presenter Joko Winterscheidt, DJ Sebastian Radlmeier (Sebrok), and designer Kilian Kerner.
The goal of German Garment is a reaction to outsourcing in the Far East and Eastern Europe by promoting Made in Germany at reasonable costs.
