In or Out: Jennifer Aniston (with a surprise twist!)

She's baaaack!

So Lo comes to T this morning, laptop in hand. "I think we should do another Jennifer Aniston post," he said a little sheepishly. "NO. Absolutely not," replied T. "She's boring and I'm sick of celebrity worshippers getting bent out of shape because we keep pointing out that she has no style." "Just look at the pictures," said Lo as he turned his laptop around. Tom took a look. His eyebrows went up.

"Let's do it."

Guess what? She's an IN, darlings! AN IN FOR JENNIFER! LET THE RAPTURE COMMENCE! TAKE US NOW, JESUS, BEFORE WE CHANGE OUR MINDS!

Oh sure, it's still tight and short and minimal and colorless. It has all the attributes of just about every dress she's worn for the past 5 years, but this time it's got something new: style. This is a super-cute dress and it fits her like a dream. In addition, she changed her hair. Not drastically, mind you, but we're talking Jen A here. A ponytail is downright avant garde for her. PLUS, she's not wearing the naked shoes! We admit it, we think naked shoes (essentially a sole and heel held in place by the flimsiest of straps) too often come off a little tacky. Probably because they're so often paired with the most skin-baring dress money can buy. We really like the slingbacks she's wearing. For once, we think a heavy shoe was the right choice to make because the dress is so minimalistic.

It should be noted that upon viewing the pictures, Tom said, "She's in New York, isn't she?" She dresses SO L.A. all the time that when we saw this we knew in an instant she was in a different locale. That actually speaks well of her or her stylist. We just wish she'd take that thoughtfulness and apply it to her style choices more often.
