Starlets: Know your image. When you establish a look for yourself, you really only have to do a half-assed version after a couple of years, coasting on the image you've created. This is not a perfect look by any stretch, but it's what we see in our mind's eye when we hear the name Marion Cotillard. An up-do, a French designer, and an overall chic cuteness. We like the dress but we don't love the shoes with it. Still, for being so very Marion, it's an IN.

We literally recoiled at the sight of these pictures. "MARION, NON!" we cried out. Here's what we can't get a handle on: did we react this way because she truly doesn't look good (in our opinion), or is it because she's so far away from what we consider her signature look? Because we'll say it: we hate that dress no matter who's wearing it. It looks like a tablecloth with neck and arm holes. The shoes are fab (and would have looked killa with the other dress), but between the schmatta and the godawful limp hair (We know it's summer honey, but that's why God and the French invented the up 'do) we're shaken to our very cores, kittens. This is so wrong. She's way too fabulous to be showing up at her own movie premiere looking like a kindergartner dressed up for an afternoon of fingerpainting. OUT.Model: Jacquelyn Jablosnki
