Mixing It Up in Spring/Summer 2010 by Griffin

In a previous article entitled Stonehenge, Griffin & Greenwear for Men, I introduced the talented British designer Jeff Griffin, who has just released his spring/summer 2010 collection.

Jeff explains how, this season, he has been “focusing on heritage styles; reworking favorites; whilst developing new, soon-to-be classics, such as the Bratton and Eden jackets.”

The collection presents an antithetical mix of complimentary elements, such as tradition vs. technology, fashion vs. function, urban vs. country, as well as Italian camouflage lines and British dry-wax cottons.

The most dominant theme, however, is Griffin’s ability to merge fashion with sportswear in this new collection, about which Jeff continues:

“Griffin’s core style is the mix, from mountain climbing with Berghaus to traditional rainwear with Mackintosh, from the street to Parkour to the Country and the mountain biking festival where riders became the season’s models.”

All products are now available at the Griffin Online Store.
