First off, if you aren't planning on wearing at least one peice of Sequin you're already off on the wrong foot. Black is always a great choice, sliming color, and has tons of sex appeal. Don't forget accessories, as the good stuff is always in the details. Feel free to go a little crazy as it is NYE afterall. Lastly, Heels.
